Fruit and Veggie Gardening
I believed that I was a bad gardener, that I had a "black thumb" and everything I touched would die. Not sure where that came from, I think I just never really tried or had the idea that I should. Anyway, it turns out that gardening is a refuge for me. I love all of it...flowers, trees, veggies. Bonus when it works and we get to eat something that came out of our little slice of land here!

The garden is full of life and is offering a little bit of everything! We are enjoying the blessing of choice to decide what veggies we would like to have with our meals on any given day.
One of our favorite ways to use our fresh produce is in a "Choose-Your-Own-Adventure" Homestead Frittata. Based on what looks good and what meats we have on hand; it can be a little different every time.
