It's working! Last weekend we planted our first spring veggies, and what a joy to see little sprouts peeking through today. I am most excited to see our Daikon radishes sprouting! Looking forward to learning how to make Ssam Mu (Korean pickled daikon radish) with Markus to enjoy with our favorite Bulgogi recipes.
Next weekend we are getting our first package of bees. Glad to see things blooming here, but we have lots more work to have pollinating things to feed our busy, buzzing friends!
Big weekend for the Gerards, our worm crew moved out of the house and into their new digs in the worm shed. They have been doing their thing making lots of Vermicompost over the last three months. Tomorrow we harvest!
